When life gets busy or unexpected costs crop up, money worries can quietly build up and start to affect your wellbeing. At Co‑op, we want you to feel supported to thrive - at work and at home - and to know you don’t have to face these moments on your own.
That’s why we offer a range of wellbeing support for colleagues, including partners like Salary Finance, who can help when you’re looking for practical ways to manage money pressures.
Salary Finance is one of the financial wellbeing resources available to colleagues. Over 4000 colleagues have already turned to it for support when they needed a bit of breathing space. Here are two real colleague stories.

When one colleague was facing extensive dental treatment and needed a way to manage the cost without added pressure, they explored the support available through Salary Finance.
