Our colleague networks

Our colleague networks bring people together to discuss important issues and make a difference across Co-op. They create spaces to support and educate colleagues and help us build a more inclusive workplace.

    Our Represent network is a supportive space for our disabled and neurodivergent colleagues. They champion fair representation and promote equal opportunities.

    Our Aspire network offers a space for women and allies to highlight issues affecting women at Co-op and support one another in driving lasting change.

    Our PRISM network supports LGBTQ+ colleagues across Co-op and champions a safer, more inclusive workplace for all identities.

  • Our Rise network supports ethnically diverse colleagues and focuses on increasing cultural awareness across Co-op.

Tackling the pay gaps

As the first retailer to publish ethnicity and social mobility pay gap reports, we’ve challenged the status quo to build a more inclusive workplace.
