We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement and Enablement Administrator to support the deployment and optimisation of our new technology stack across selected practice areas. In this role, you’ll report to the Continuous Improvement Lead and work closely with senior business leaders, the technology replacement programme team, and relevant third-party partners.

What you’ll do
• Support the rollout of the new tech stack into selected practice areas, working alongside programme, technology and operational teams
• Be the key link between the business and the technology replacement programme, helping translate operational needs into practical solutions
• Work closely with senior leaders to support adoption, identify risks and remove blockers during deployment
• Support continuous improvement activity post deployment, helping teams embed new ways of working and realise benefits
• Collaborate with third party suppliers to support smooth delivery and ongoing optimisation
• Help identify opportunities to drive additional value, efficiency and improved colleague and customer experience from the new technology
• Coordinate feedback loops between practice areas, SMEs, the programme team and third-party suppliers to ensure issues are captured, understood and resolved quickly
• Support readiness, ensuring teams, leaders and processes are prepared ahead of each deployment phase
What you’ll bring

• A good understanding of Legal Services Operational teams and key stakeholders
• Experience in training colleagues in CLS ways of working
• Experience with testing new Case Management processes
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and work with multiple teams
