Senior Estate Planning Case Manager 
Starting from £27,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B)
This role can be based out of Bristol, Sheffield, Manchester, or Stratford-Upon-Avon

We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our Estate Planning team. In this role, you’ll manage complex estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. We’ll look to you to communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in projects and continuous improvement pieces, alongside gaining exposure to supervisory work, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team.

What you’ll do

  • Document and write complex wills, write lasting powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, making sure all paperwork is accurate and professionally written
  • Communicate with clients and external partners via the phone and written communication throughout each case
  • Manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case
  • Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • Work flexibly across the fulfilment and the telephony team in the department 
  • Get involved in continuous improvement pieces, internal projects, and process reviews
  • Mentor more junior members of the team and occasionally support making sure that Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney documentation is accurate

This role would suit people who have

  • A strong background in all areas of estate planning and experience managing cases 
  • An understanding of lifetime estate planning products
  • The ability to build positive relationships and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • A high level of attention to detail 
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload to deliver against targets
