We’re looking for a motivated Q-commerce Activity Planning Manager to join us, and take the lead in delivering online events and campaigns, based on our seasonal and business trading priorities. Why this role matters
In this role, we’ll look to you to support the Q-commerce Proposition Manager Lead in the delivery of online events and campaigns, collaborating with agencies to create content that stays true to our brand and proposition. You’ll need to use your analytical skills to monitor campaign success, spotting trends and thinking of creative ways to drive future improvements.
What you’ll do
• Work cross-functionally with our Web Proposition, Marketing and Trade Planning teams to agree a schedule of campaigns that communicate our proposition and address customer needs
• Manage external relationships so that campaigns align to key partner timings, alongside staying current onsite optimisations and changes
• Create a set of digital asset guidelines and work with agencies designers to create engaging content which reflects our proposition
• Manage our CMS (content management system), keeping all assets up to date
• Build collaborative relationships with our digital product and technology teams to drive site improvements
• Monitor ongoing competitor activity to make sure Co-op is ahead of market
• Improve the performance of campaigns and events by drawing on a range of resources to spot trends and drive new ideas

• A creative mindset but with a commercial understanding
• The ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with a range of teams and partners
• Great organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise your work and manage multiple projects
• Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment
• The ability to understand and analyse campaign data and spot trends
