| Contribution | In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering our customer and strategic priorities, so that we deliver the best cost-effective approach for our business. You'll help us maximise the sales, operations, and profit opportunities of the deployment change whilst meeting the constantly evolving needs of the communities that we serve. It's a big job and you’ll need great organisational skills to make sure that projects run smoothly, as well as great communication skills so that you can build positive relationships with partners and colleagues as you go. | Knowledge, Skills & Experience | • The ability to apply deployment matter experience, to support delivery of business change • Experience of planning and organising and the ability to self-manage and prioritise • The ability to build strong relationships both in function and wider business, as well as with our external partners and suppliers • The confidence to communicate technical subject matter to a non-technical audience to build colleague engagement • Good understanding of financial control to support delivery of change • Proven knowledge of risk and issue management and experience of status reporting to wider partners • A UK driving license | ||
