- Provide daily support for identity and access management requests (e.g., user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes)
- Assist with joiner, mover, and leaver processes to make sure role-based access control is effective
- Work closely with colleagues and our third-party service provider to resolve incidents
- Help to document operational processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Actively identify and explore process improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
- A keen interest in identity and access management
- Experience working in an agile delivery practice

- Good communication and third-party relationship management skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-changing technology environment
We know some people may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement. At Co-op, we’re committed to building diverse and inclusive teams, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply.
We’re also open to applications from people who may require flexible working arrangements. There’ll be an opportunity to discuss your flexible working requirements during the interview process, and at offer stage.

- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
