We’re looking for an Out-of-Home (OOH) Manager to join us on a 12-month secondment, and lead the scale-up and mobilisation of Co-op’s Digital OOH (DOOH) and Classic OOH (COOH) channels. You’ll make sure the right partnerships, processes, governance, and technology are in place so we can deliver on our plans and move smoothly into business-as-usual operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead operational delivery and change, making a big impact on how we work in this space.

As our OOH Manager, you’ll play a big part in building and embedding our DOOH and COOH capabilities. You’ll help us to unlock new revenue streams and create omni-channel experiences that connect with millions of customers. What you’ll do
- Lead onboarding of appointed DOOH and COOH sales house to operational “go-live”
- Define and document workflows for campaign booking, trafficking, approvals, reporting, and reconciliation
- Develop and embed guardrails, policies, decision frameworks, and RACI models
- Embed pricing model and yield principles
- Manage inventory health and oversee campaign delivery accuracy
- Define measurement standards and partner with providers to deliver actionable reporting
- Work with product and data teams to enable programmatic DOOH capabilities
- Act as our DOOH expert, upskilling teams and representing Co-op in industry forums
What you’ll bring
- Experience in DOOH, including vendor onboarding or channel launch
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of pricing models, yield optimisation, and contract management
- A deep understanding of DOOG operations and programmatic ecosystems (SSPs, DSPs, deal structures)
- The ability to design workflows, mobilise new partners, and deliver operational readiness projects
- Strong governance, risk management, and partner engagement skills
