What you’ll do
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for a range of internal teams
• Run weekly reports to track key Own Brand metrics and performance
• Build strong relationships across teams including Product Development, Quality, Strategy, Customer Insight, Retail Trading, and Range & Space
• Respond to questions from senior leaders, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements
• Analyse performance to spot opportunities to improve how we work
• Plan and manage your own workload to support team goals and deliver on time
This role would suit people who have
• Experience working with financial and customer metrics
• A strong ability to interpret commercial data and turn it into clear direction
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• Experience using strategic insight to guide projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
