We’re looking for a Data Culture Manager to join our Data Enablement team in Manchester to support colleagues across Co-op to make the most out of our data products. We’ve been busy implementing new technology and transforming our business to make it fit for the future, and you’ll play a key part in this. It’s a big job, but one that comes with even bigger benefits for our colleagues, customers, and members.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a data-driven culture and promoting the adoption of new tools and ways of working; helping our colleagues to put data at the heart of their decision-making. Supported by a team of Analysts, you’ll deliver engaging communications and training to enable colleagues to effectively use the data products available to them. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a proven track record of creating intuitive PowerApps solutions to drive data-driven actions. What you’ll do
- Improve access to data by driving the adoption of our data products and tools, and collaborate with third-party suppliers to organise training sessions for colleagues
- Create and implement the data literacy roadmap for teams across Co-op
- Engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority to clearly communicate changes to the ways in which we use data
- Make sure our data products and tools are accessible and user-friendly
- Create intuitive PowerApps solutions to make data easily accessible across Co-op
- Plan and write clear and engaging communications to build awareness of the capability of data products
- Support and guide our data apprentices, making sure they have the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive
What you’ll bring
- Experience driving the adoption of data products and developing others’ understanding of data capability
- Experience writing clear and engaging communications to enable colleagues to use data products effectively
- Experience creating and delivering data training plans for a non-technical audience
- Experience co-ordinating and supporting data apprentices
- Good relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of seniority
