Location: Scunthorpe (hybrid working – your first two weeks will be office based)
Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Demand Planner, you’ll manage seasonal demand planning and support account management across chilled, ambient, and frozen categories. You’ll analyse demand forecasts and purchase stock for delivery into our warehouses, keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

To do so, we need to make sure our warehouses are stocked with the right products at the right time. That’s where you come in. You’ll be essential to supporting our independent retailers across the UK, helping to make sure they’ve got the stock they need during peak seasons like Christmas and Easter.

What you’ll do
- Purchase stock for delivery into Co-op Wholesale warehouses across chilled, ambient, and frozen categories
- Analyse demand forecasts and use data to maintain optimal stock availability
- Support supplier performance improvements and procurement for seasonal campaigns
- Lead forecasting processes with suppliers and produce relevant reports
- Maintain accounts and monitor stock holding targets
- Collaborate with partners to secure purchase orders and review performance
What you’ll bring
- Experience in supply chain, demand planning, or stock control
- Familiarity with forecasting and ERP systems
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Excel skills
- Good organisational and analytical skills
- Good relationship-building and supplier management skills
