Digital Operations Assistant
£26,000 to £30,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6B)

We’re looking for a Digital Operations Assistant to help us deliver our exciting new Q-Commerce strategy at Co-op. In this role, you’ll support the Digital Operations Manager within our Collections and Returns team in shaping the future of the way our customers and members shop at Co-op. We’ve come a long way from where we were, but there’s more work to be done. We’re now focusing on technology and how we can improve and automate operations, and what it means for our business. With so much exciting change happening, there’s never been a better time to join us.

What you’ll do
•    Work with colleagues across the business to gain buy-in to the benefits of our parcel service and Click & Collect propositions
•    Support with the development and delivery of training materials and tools to educate our store colleagues on how to manage our Q-Commerce and Parcel Services customer offer
•    Act as a direct point of contact for our parcel service partners for all counter and locker queries
•    Analyse internal data to spot trends and identifying areas for improvement or opportunity in stores, including new launches
•    Support the digital operations managers with day-to-day work
•    Create, develop and analyse multiple data reports 
•    Develop process flows and pull together proposals for future activity

This role will suit people who have
•    A passion for Q-Commerce and/or Parcel Services
•    Good general IT skills, Microsoft Excel skills are essential: Including VLOOKUPs, pivot & formulas to present data in an engaging format
•    Strong organisational and time management skills
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a high level of attention to detail 
•    The ability to build relationships with a variety of external and internal partners
•    The ability to present data in a meaningful and actionable way
