Manchester - We’re now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between home/remote working and the office.
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team within Co-op Finance. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping us manage our resources effectively, support better decision-making, and contribute to our long-term success.

What you’ll do
- Support the coordination of budgets and forecasts
- Help manage the rolling forecast cycle and provide insight into performance
- Contribute to monthly performance reviews and track key initiatives
- Develop clear, insightful reporting to help teams understand and manage spend
- Support alignment of financial plans with strategic goals
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for senior stakeholders to challenge their thinking
- Identify opportunities to improve and simplify finance processes
- Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and the wider business
What we’re looking for
- A recognised financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), or working towards one
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, or business partnering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in working with stakeholders and communicating financial insights
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and grow
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or planning tools
