We’re hiring a Head of Facilities Management to lead our Corporate & Logistics function. You’ll be joining a high-performing team in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment, where your leadership will directly impact how we deliver safe, efficient, and uninterrupted services across our estate.

Our Facilities Management function is essential to keeping our business running smoothly. From compliance and reactive maintenance to capital programme delivery, this team ensures our sites and assets are safe, operational, and future-ready. You’ll play a vital role in enabling our operational teams to deliver their best work by removing blockers, managing risk, and driving value through our supply chain. You’ll also be part of the Property Leadership Team, helping shape the strategic direction of our estate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 6 direct and 10 indirect reports, including senior facilities managers, contract managers, and capital programme managers
• Oversee the management and maintenance of critical environments, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational continuity
• Deliver large-scale capital programmes and manage significant budgets
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and manage expectations
• Work closely with the supply chain to ensure value and performance
• Lead on incident management and ensure robust response protocols
• Contribute to the Property Leadership Team, aligning FM strategy with wider business goals

This role would suit people who have

• A strong background in facilities management
• Experience in leading operational teams and developing high-performing talent
• Proven ability in contract management and working with external suppliers
• Excellent partner management at a senior level
• A track record of budget ownership and delivering capital investment programmes
• Confidence in incident response and operational risk management
