We’re looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to join our store sell and serve value stream which is part of our Digital, Technology & Data function here at Co-op.
In this role, you’ll work within projects and product setup with store products within Food Operations. You’ll bring teams together to deliver products and services built around the needs of users. We’ll look to you to be confident working in agile environments, helping to shape a culture that’s collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement. Whether you’ve led end-to-end delivery of projects or worked within a product team, you’ll know how to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to do their best work.

What you’ll do
• work closely with product managers to help make their vision a reality through the full product lifecycle
• deliver a roadmap of change from your product team, as well as working with strategic partners.
• Provide delivery assurance to key internal partners
• Understand, champion and adhere to Coop delivery standards
• Promote agile ways of working, especially the culture and behaviours they embody, to lead a successful product team
• Work with Project Managers on end to end delivery
• Coach, encourage, and motivate your team and look for ways to continuously improve our service
This role would suit people who have
• Experience in leading the end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle
• The ability to build, lead, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate positive team discussions and dynamics
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycles and agile frameworks (e.g SCRUM) in the delivery of digital products and services using JIRA
• Great communication and relationship building skills up to senior level, and
• A passion for continuous improvement
• The ambition to develop your agile delivery skills
