•    Ensure each project aligns with broader business objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders, gathering input, and sharing insights.
•    Deliver commercially sound insights and actionable recommendations based on robust analysis.
•    Support and mentor team members to enhance their Advanced Analytics skills and capabilities.
•    Act as a senior leader within the analytics community, collaborating with wider data teams to share knowledge and embed best practices.

What you’ll bring

•    Strong background in data analytics, including segmentation, clustering, regression modelling, and performance measurement.
•    Advanced numeracy and statistical skills, supported by education or experience.
•    Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools for coding and data manipulation.
•    Experienced with large, complex datasets and advanced analysis techniques.
•    Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
•    Skilled in data visualisation and presenting insights clearly and compellingly.
•    Collaborative and proactive, with a passion for demonstrating analytics’ value.
•    Management or mentoring experience with a desire to lead and develop others.
