Purpose | In this role you will follow the principles of better for customers, simpler for colleagues and better value for Coop. The role will support the delivery & implementation of the Operational loss & costs plan within the funeral care divisions. Analysing and taking action to improve the performance within administrative duties, financial control and debt management reports within the operation. Provide subject matter expertise, specialist support and coaching across all elements of administration, loss & cost management to the Funeral Service Managers & funeral homes within the plan. | ||
