Logistics Operations Product Specialist
£35,000 - £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Hybrid role with regular travel to depots across the UK and our support centre in Manchester (approx. 25–40% of your time.)

We’re looking for an Operations Product Specialist to join our Logistics Support Centre (LSC) team. This role bridges the gap between depot operations and our Technology teams, making sure our logistics systems and digital tools are reliable, effective, and continuously improving.

You’ll combine technical understanding with operational know-how, supporting core Logistics systems like Manhattan Active and the development and delivery of our PowerApps library. Your work will help simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and give depot leaders tools they can trust every day.

Why this role matters

The Logistics Support Centre is central to how we help depots perform at their best. As part of the Operations Product team, you’ll support the digital backbone of our logistics operation from Manhattan Active and bespoke Power Apps solutions. This role is key to keeping our systems running smoothly, improving the colleague experience, and driving innovation that makes daily operations easier and more efficient.

What you’ll do

•    Act as a subject matter expert for Logistics Systems such as Manhattan Active, TES & Yard
•    Work with the Microsoft 365 Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
•    Support the design, build, and maintenance of digital tools that solve operational challenges
•    Partner with depot teams, Technology, and the wider LSC to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and deliver improvements
•    Provide practical training, guidance, and documentation to help colleagues make the most of our systems
•    Support product release planning and readiness, ensuring change lands smoothly and with clear communication
•    Use data and feedback to prioritise enhancements that reduce system noise and add real operational value

What you’ll bring

•    Knowledge or experience of Manhattan Active WMS or similar logistics systems
•    Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 suite
•    An ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions that make work easier and more efficient
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you’re able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues
•    Good organisational skills; you’re proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    A genuine interest in using technology to improve operations and support our depot network
