PMO (Project Management Office) Co-ordinator
£36,000 - £39,800 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a PMO (Project Management Office) Co-ordinator to join us here at Co-op, to manage and support the delivery of projects in our Property function. With the PMO team, you’ll oversee the spend of over £150 million along with the selection and delivery of projects to make sure objectives are achieved to the highest standard. You’ll influence and build relationships with senior leaders to achieve goals and support high quality service delivery in line with the Capex plan, whilst considering health & safety, compliance, cost, time, and quality.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the construction team monitoring the delivery of projects 
• Work with a variety of colleagues across property, food and funeralcare & logistics whilst analysing the achievement of activities 
• Manage compliance with appropriate standards, policies, and regulations 
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues across the business to make sure projects are delivered and support a high-quality service delivery
• Continuously improve on processes and approach to delivery 
• Keep up to date with the status of all delivery progress and provide the PMO manager with timely and accurate information 
• Support the PMO Planning Manager with project clash & validation meetings along with reporting and project selection

This role would suit people who have

• An understanding of project delivery within a fast-paced, high pressure business environment 
• A demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness 
• The ability to manage large meetings and senior partners to make sure appropriate outcomes are reached 
• The ability to analyse and interpret data, always keeping a keen attention to detail 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to large groups
