We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Portfolio Admin Manager to join our Operations Support Centre (OSC). This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in governing and assuring the delivery of a diverse portfolio of around 30 projects.

What you’ll do
- Lead the governance and assurance of OSC’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with our Co-op’s strategy and vision
- Chair key governance meetings and manage project documentation including RAID logs and status reports
- Conduct internal audits and coach teams to elevate quality standards
- Continuously evolve system-based tools to enhance oversight and delivery assurance.
- Monitor high-level portfolio finances and flag risks for timely intervention
- Collaborate across departments to understand governance needs and timelines
This role would suit people who have
- Experience in project and programme management
- A self-led, curious and highly collaborative working style
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
- A passion for structure, accuracy and raising quality standards
- Confidence in coaching and supporting and leading others without direct line management responsibility
- Solid numeric skills and proficiency in Office 365 tools
