Fixed shift patterns: Monday to Friday (no weekend or evening work)

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to join our Probate team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you’ll help to drive team performance and support our wider business to complete more complex administrative tasks. We’ll also look to you to review administrative work and provide feedback and guidance to our Legal Assistants, as well as deputising for our Team Leaders as necessary.

What you’ll do

•    Support your colleagues with more complex administrative tasks 
•    Review administrative work and provide feedback and guidance to our Legal Assistants 
•    Support the development and implementation of policy and process change(s) within your team 
•    Use KPI indicators to help drive and support team performance 
•    Complete a variety of ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of your team 
•    Deputise for our Team Leaders in their absence, as necessary

This role would suit people who have

•    Legal administration experience 
•    Experience delivering great customer experiences
•    The ability to lead by example while supporting and encouraging your colleagues
•    The ability to show proactivity and persistence to achieve the desired outcome
•    The ability to prioritise your work and adapt to multiple requests
•    Great organisational skills and attention to detail
