£24,570 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way working two or three days per week from the office (including every Wednesday) and the rest working from home (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy ).  

We’re looking for a Store Call Resolution Assistant to join the Colleague Contact team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.

Why this role matters

We’ll look to you to help us make sure that our stores are stocked with the products that our customers need, and that business can run smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage issues from stores that have been logged by OSS into the HEAT system, helping to resolve any problems around stock availability.

What you’ll do

•    Manage store queries around stock issues through the HEAT system
•    Work collaboratively with the wider team
•    Help to identify opportunities to improve ways of working
•    Look at data to spot trends    

This role would suit people who have

•    Existing knowledge of how our retail operation works 
•    Problem solving skills with the ability to react quickly to issues 
•    Good general IT skills 
•    Great communication skills
