We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Change and Assurance function within Supply Chain. You’ll be part of the team that’s shaping the future of how Co-op moves products from suppliers to shelves. It’s all about making things better: from the technology we use to the processes we follow and the way our people work together. We’ll need someone who can lead complex projects, bring people together, and keep things moving. If you thrive on solving problems, managing priorities, and driving results, this could be the role for you.

Why this role matters

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of complex projects, managing risks, budgets, and people
• Remove blockers and keep delivery on track
• Support business owners to maximise value
• Prioritise work and plan beyond immediate delivery
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Coach and mentor to embed best practices
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail
• Experience delivering projects and managing change
• Stakeholder engagement with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with matrix management
• Resilience and ability to cut through complexity

Why Co-op?

We’re an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we’re powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you’ll also receive:

• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Private healthcare
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• Coaching and training to support your career development
• Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
