Manchester city centre, hybrid working, splitting your time between working from home and coming into the office around once a week (the team usually come in on a Wednesday).
This role may involve occasional travel within the UK.
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Change and Assurance function within Supply Chain. You’ll be part of the team that’s shaping the future of how Co-op moves products from suppliers to shelves. It’s all about making things better: from the technology we use to the processes we follow and the way our people work together. We’ll need someone who can lead complex projects, bring people together, and keep things moving. If you thrive on solving problems, managing priorities, and driving results, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do
• Lead delivery of complex projects, managing risks, budgets, and people
• Remove blockers and keep delivery on track
• Support business owners to maximise value
• Prioritise work and plan beyond immediate delivery
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Coach and mentor to embed best practices
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
• Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail
• Experience delivering projects and managing change
• Stakeholder engagement with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with matrix management
• Resilience and ability to cut through complexity
