Are you a natural connector who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Talent Development Co-ordinator to be the vital link between our Talent Development team and the wider business; supporting colleagues, managing systems, and helping us deliver impactful learning experiences across Co-op via our 3rd party suppliers.
What you’ll do
• Act as a central link between Co-op and QA our Managed Learning Service Provider,
• Coordinate Talent Development activities, resolve queries, and manage programme administration.
• Maintain and optimise the learning content portfolio, and the LMS (Learning Management System) processes for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Support with the LMS operations including testing, troubleshooting, and defect tracking.
• Analyse and present data to inform decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through supporting automation and process reviews.
• Manage communications across shared inboxes, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Contribute to wider Talent Development projects and share best practices with the team.
• Raise and manage statements of work, purchase orders, and invoices through Coupa, making sure everything is processed on time and in line with our procurement procedures
