Contribution | - Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of seasonal events across Co-op Wholesale, ensuring plans are aligned to Co-op’s commercial goals and values.
- Deliver timely, relevant, and exciting seasonal ranges that resonate with wholesale customers and reflect current trends, partner needs, and market opportunities.
- Drive supply chain readiness, working closely with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and smooth delivery during peak periods.
- Align seasonal marketing activity with brand strategy, ensuring campaigns are impactful, consistent, and tailored to wholesale audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, supply chain, marketing, finance, sales and digital teams to ensure seasonal plans are operationally feasible and commercially successful.
- Use customer and market insights to shape seasonal propositions that drive engagement, loyalty, and sales.
- Ensure promotional activity is well-timed and effectively executed, maximising visibility and impact across wholesale channels.
