About this role
We’re looking for two Logistics Delivery Managers to join our Logistics implementation team on 12-month secondments at Co-op. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our logistics operations by delivering change projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support our other operating targets. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Food Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain to make sure the initiatives you’re working on land successfully.

What you’ll do
- Lead multiple projects that introduce new ways of working across stores, supply chain and logistics
- Own project budgets and timelines, making sure delivery is on-time and within budget
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to co-ordinate activity and support change
- Travel to our depot locations across the UK as needed
- Carry out processes aligned to our P4CM framework
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering operational change in logistics or supply chain environments
- A track record of initiating and delivering cost-benefitting projects
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Good communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
