Purpose | Supports the delivery of continuous improvement and transformation across Co-op by providing high-quality data insight, process analysis, and improvement recommendations. Works collaboratively within value streams and business units to identify opportunities that enhance efficiency, colleague experience, and member value. Applies Lean methodologies and analytical expertise to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives sustainable business improvement. | ||

Proficient in using data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent) to extract, interpret, and visualise performance trends. Able to work with multiple systems (e.g., Manhattan, Paragon, Kronos) and integrate data across platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and explain complex findings clearly. Curious and collaborative, with a desire to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a community of improvement practice. Demonstrates commercial awareness and an understanding of how improvement drives member value. | ||
