Supply Chain Franchise Partner

Up to £45,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A) 

5 over 7 days working pattern with some occasional weekend working

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Franchise Partner to join us and help us maintain excellent working relationships with our Supply Chain teams and Franchise business owners to ensure we can bring more of our great products to our customers across the country. 

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with teams in both Franchise and Supply Chain. In Franchise, we’ll look to you to manage relationships with business owners, acting as a first point of contact for any supply chain queries and you’ll be key to making sure we can provide our members and customers with the products they love, seamlessly and with no interruption. If you can bring us the analytical skills and the collaborative working style we need, we can offer you the chance to play a key part in our business. 

What you’ll do

  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with partners across the business and externally, supporting them and making sure we’re getting things right first time
  • Respond to partner queries about our products and processes, offering fact-based recommendations using information available
  • Liaise between Supply Chain, Franchisees and the Business to Business team , adapting your style of working to different colleagues 
  • Establish new ways of working as Franchise grows and we get new partners onboard 
  • Look for ways to continuously improve ways of working, using data to support future decisions 
  • Represent Franchise and Supply Chain in regular forum groups, holding colleagues to account where necessary and ensuring our partners and customers are at the forefront of decision making 
  • Attend weekly MI sessions and use data to influence and identify opportunities for growth 

This role would suit people who have

  • Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to build positive and robust business relationships 
  • An interest in the retail trading environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, and the confidence to use and learn new systems 
  • Previous SAP experience or experience using forecasting/replenishment systems 
  • Good problem-solving skills, and logical thinking
