Contribution | - Strategy & Planning:
- Translates Business Strategy in to operational improvements
- Develops strategy and business case for Process Excellence
- Collaborates with key stakeholders across co-op to establish the capabilities required to execute the strategy
- Optimises operating model across support centre to execute strategy
- Influences strategic planning process to elevate improvement projects
- Service Deployment
- Maintains intimate understanding of transformation services and their applicability in a dynamic business environment
- Commissions service delivery ensuring clarity of intent and required outcome
- Accountable for quality of service delivery within value stream ensuring capacity and capability of team to deliver effectively
- Change Enablement:
- Adopt change management best practices to design implementation strategies that facilitate adoption and minimize resistance from colleagues and customers
- Maintain the integrity of the design outcomes with the organisational strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams through the delivery of business improvement, with a focus on embedding sustainable change.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that improvements align with customer expectations, market demands, and emerging trends.
- Engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders to support process excellence and drive organizational commitment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to adopt lean principles to ‘turn the dial’ operational performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, and pivot strategies when necessary.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that Process changes are aligned to strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Team Development and Leadership:
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of Business Improvement professionals.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering a growth-oriented environment that encourages innovation and experimentation.
