Contribution | - Strategic Vision and Runway Development:
- Develop and articulate Strategic Business Runways capturing outcomes in alignment with business objectives and customer needs (Group Strategy 2030)
- Ensure Business Outcomes are clearly reflected in Horizon State Designs through the Architect phase of change
- Strategic Planning and Capability Assessment
- Support the Architecture function by providing SME expertise relating to capability shifts required to achieve outcomes
- Provide specific expertise relating to Process & People (Op Model) changes required, working closely with business, people, finance & architecture teams
- Support the Annual Planning process by sharing insights, assumptions and dependencies which inform the size, shape and cost of change for respective value stream areas (portfolios)
- Thought leadership & business consulting
- Provide thought leadership to value stream owners to improve clarity & understanding of change required to achieve strategy
- Provide specific problem solving, facilitation for operational & transformational challenges which impact ability to achieve strategic ambition
- Provide course correcting action, advice and guidance to keep portfolio on track in terms of time, cost & quality tolerances – ultimately maintaining strategic traceability from strategic intent to delivery execution

- Adopt change management best practices to design implementation strategies that facilitate adoption and minimise resistance from colleagues and customers

- Lead cross-functional teams through the delivery of transformative projects, with a focus on embedding sustainable change.

- Work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that transformations align with customer expectations, market demands, and emerging trends.

- Engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and drive organisational commitment.
