Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Partner Support Co-ordinator, you’ll join our Partner Admin team, working closely with colleagues to make sure our wholesale partners get the products they need to serve their customers well.

You’ll get involved in a variety of tasks, from pulling together reports and looking after key system processes, to managing and uploading orders accurately and supporting colleagues with day-to-day queries. It’s a role where no two days are the same, and where your attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will really make a difference.

Why this role matters

We’re building something big at Co-op Wholesale. With a refreshed structure and exciting plans ahead, we’re creating new opportunities to strengthen our proposition for our independent retailers, key accounts, and a growing corporate client base. To do that, we need to make sure we’re providing a great experience for our partners; giving them access to the products they need, when they need them. This is where you come in.

This is your chance to help bring new ideas to life and make a real impact across Co-op Wholesale. Be part of it.

What you’ll do

  • Pull together reports and analyse data so we can track performance and meet key targets
  • Set up partner accounts promptly and keep our systems accurate and up to date
  • Upload and submit bulk and presell orders, meeting important deadlines
  • Release orders through telesales and resolve queries efficiently
  • Support the team by checking workloads and helping distribute tasks fairly
  • Join meetings with internal and external partners to share updates and build strong relationships
  • Provide training and coaching to the partner admin team to support skill development

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs) and the confidence to learn new systems quickly
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to manage your time well
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build supportive working relationships
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations

Why Co-op?

We’re an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we’re powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you’ll also receive:

  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
  • Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
