Purpose	Purpose is to maintain and administer the wholesale product catalogue, in order to ensure data accuracy, product visibility, and seamless ordering for partners, so that Co-op Wholesale can deliver a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused proposition that supports commercial success and operational excellence.

Key Tasks	Maintain the integrity of the wholesale product catalogue, ensuring it accurately reflects current and relevant product offerings to support commercial and operational success. Enable seamless customer ordering by ensuring product data is complete, correct, and consistently maintained across systems, reducing errors and improving partner experience. Act as the gatekeeper of product visibility and accessibility, ensuring only approved and available products are surfaced to wholesale partners, supporting compliance and clarity. Support trading and commercial teams by administering product listings, updates, and withdrawals in line with promotional plans and business priorities. Collaborate with supply chain, sales marketing, and digital teams to ensure product information is aligned across channels and supports campaign execution. Contribute to proposition development by maintaining accurate records that inform range reviews, promotional planning, and customer insights. Help uphold Co-op’s values by ensuring product data supports ethical sourcing, transparency, and customer trust. Support operational readiness by ensuring timely updates to product visibility ahead of seasonal or promotional activity. Respond to daily issues as they arise, prioritising workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely & proficient manner Develop a competent understanding of relevant business processes & procedures
