(8-month secondments available).

Please note that this role will involve frequent travel across the UK to visit our Food stores (particularly across South and central England).

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the planning, set up and implementation of our Hybrid Tills across many of our Co-op Food stores.

• The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
• Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach depending on different scenarios.
• Strong solution seeking mindset.
• Great organisational and planning skills, including time management and prioritisation.
• Your own car and full UK driving license (mileage will be covered).

• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• Coaching and training to support your career development
