We’re looking for a Regional Channels Operations Manager to join us in a brand-new role, helping us bring our channel strategy to life across Co-op.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver for our customers across Franchise, Online and Retail Loss, working closely with our field teams and external partners to drive performance, consistency and great service wherever our customers shop with us.

What you’ll do
• Help bring our Channel Operating Model to life, making sure it’s embedded consistently across all channels
• Lead performance across Online, Retail Loss, PFS and Franchise, supporting delivery of key targets and profit and loss
• Support, coach and develop a team of Channel specialists, helping them deliver expert guidance across the estate
• Build strong, trusted relationships with field teams and external partners to improve performance together
• Use data and insight to spot opportunities, share trends and help shape better decisions
• Represent Channels in senior forums, sharing your expertise to support business priorities
• Work closely with teams across Food, Commercial, Tech, Growth, Property and other teams to deliver joined-up outcomes
• Balance day-to-day priorities with longer-term planning, helping us grow and innovate across our channels
This role would suit people who
• Have experience of delivering change across complex or fast-moving environments
• Have led large teams and managed significant budgets, driving strong performance
• Are confident managing their own priorities, using data and tools to track and improve performance
• Feel comfortable presenting to large audiences and influencing senior stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and building strong relationships with partners
