Stock Team Manager – Day Shift
£28,000 - £34,400 per annum, plus great benefits 
Day Shift – 6am-2pm
39 hours per week, full time, permanent
5 days over 7 including weekends

We’re looking for a Stock Team Manager to join our depot in Biggleswade

In this role, lead, coach and develop a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for driving process and performance improvements, ensuring key customer service and business targets are achieved, and working collaboratively with teams across the depot to deliver excellent results.

What you’ll bring

  • previously led, coached and developed a team

  • The ability to build relationships with a wide range of people

  • Proven analytical skills and able to work on various computer systems

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems

  • A keen eye for detail and able to spot patterns and trends
