Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for talented people who want to shape what comes next. As a Data Co-ordinator, you’ll join our Sales team on a 12-month parental cover contract.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Wholesale partners and internal teams by managing sales and service data, co-ordinating reporting, and helping to keep things running smoothly. You’ll act as a point of contact for partner queries, provide valuable insights through reporting, and work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure our partners get a great service from us.

Why this role matters

Exciting things are happening at Co-op Wholesale. We’re growing fast, strengthening our offer for retailers, key accounts, and corporate partners across the UK. To make this offer as strong as possible, we need to provide the information, reporting, and support that help our partners make informed trading decisions with us. That’s where you’ll come in.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for partner product and delivery order queries
  • Extract and provide data and insights for our wholesale partners using internal systems
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc sales and service reports
  • Support our National Account Manager and Key Account Manager with contract management activities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with wholesale partners and Co-op colleagues
  • Co-ordinate and provide product legislation information to partners
  • Maintain reporting trackers for ad-hoc charges relating to logistics and trading agreements
  • Work with our Demand Planning teams to collate and report on order volumes
  • Support seasonal trading agreement activities

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or management information
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Strong customer service and collaboration skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Why Co-op?

At Co-op, we’re owned by our members. And because we’re owned by you, we can do right by you. So when you join us, you’re not just taking a job, you’re joining a movement. We’re an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we’re powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you’ll also receive:

  • An annual bonus scheme (based on personal and business performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
  • Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
