7-month secondment

We’re looking for experienced analytics professional with managerial experience to help unlock the value of our data and enable smarter, data-driven decisions. As part of the Analytics & Insight team, you’ll build strong relationships with Co-op business units, delivering insights that support their objectives and drive impact.

What you’ll do
• Partner with business areas to deliver a unified Analytics & Insight roadmap
• Lead complex, end-to-end analytics projects with high-quality execution
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to identify impactful analytics opportunities
• Develop and share advanced analytics techniques, leveraging diverse data sources
• Align projects with business objectives and provide actionable insights
• Deliver commercially sound recommendations based on robust analysis
• Mentor team members to strengthen advanced analytics capabilities
• Act as a senior leader, promoting best practices and collaboration across data teams
What you’ll bring

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex analytics projects
• Strong numeracy and statistical expertise
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python for data manipulation and advanced analysis
• Skilled in performance measurement
• Experienced with large datasets and analytical solution design
• Excellent communicator, simplifying complex insights for diverse audiences
• Strong collaborator with stakeholders at all levels
