We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead, coach and support a team of Store Managers across Devon and the surrounding area. In this role, you'll help your stores deliver great results for customers, colleagues and member-owners, while bringing our vision of co-operating for a fairer world to life every day.

What you'll do
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of Store Managers, building capability and growing future talent
• Deliver strong commercial, customer, colleague and operational results within agreed budgets
• Lead the delivery of operational and omnichannel plans that support our strategy and grow our business
• Empower stores to deliver great outcomes safely, legally and responsibly for colleagues, customers and communities
• Focus your time and support where it's needed most, helping stores overcome challenges and maximise opportunities
What you’ll bring

• Significant experience of leading, motivating and developing multi-site teams to deliver outstanding operational performance
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and partners
• Experience of leading and embedding change across multiple locations or business areas
• Experience of balancing the needs of colleagues, customers and the wider business to achieve great outcomes
• The ability to create area plans aligned to commercial and operational goals, while developing succession plans and future talent
