Why this role matters

Quality plays a huge part in building trust in our brand. In this role, you'll work across our supply chain, from supplier sites and depots to stores and our support centre, helping to make sure our products meet our quality assurance standards every step of the way. • Supplier visits, audits and production line assessments to help resolve quality issues
  • Work closely with technical, development, commercial and quality teams to prioritise quality improvements

  • Manage your own diary and travel schedule, balancing time between depot, suppliers and the office
  • Champion quality standards that help improve customer satisfaction and confidence in our products

What you'll bring

  • Experience in food manufacturing, food retail, quality assurance or a related food industry environment, or a relevant qualification
  • Confidence building relationships, influencing colleagues and constructively challenging when standards aren't being met
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good IT skills and confidence using basic Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of people
