We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join us and help us deliver a major business transformation programme. Why this role matters
This is an opportunity to be part of an important transformation programme that will have a significant impact across our Co-op. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to bring people together, coordinate activity and support decision-making at every stage of the project. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, bringing clarity to complexity and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful change while developing your programme delivery experience.

• Organise meetings, workshops and governance forums, including preparing agendas and capturing actions
• Track actions, decisions and risks, ensuring they are followed through to completion
• Produce and maintain project reports, stakeholder updates and governance packs
• Support budget tracking and programme administration activities
• Work with stakeholders across the business to gather information, monitor progress and escalate issues where appropriate
• Create clear and engaging presentations and supporting materials for senior stakeholders
• Help maintain project documentation, tools and collaboration spaces, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
What you’ll bring
We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:
• Experience providing project coordination, programme support or delivery management support within a project environment
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to prepare reports, presentations and stakeholder updates
• Experience producing governance, steering group or leadership packs, including tracking actions, decisions and recommendations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
• An understanding of retail operations, ideally within a food retail environment

• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
• Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
• Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
• 24/7 colleague support service
• Training and support for your development and career progression
• Cycle-to-work scheme
