We’re looking for an Operations Product Analyst to join our operations support centre here at Co-op. In this role you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and running of products within the Store Products portfolio, predominantly MyWork and Logile App, whilst also providing support across the wider portfolio as required.
Why this role matters
As an Operations Product Analyst, you’ll provide second-line support to store and field colleagues, helping to investigate and resolve issues with operational applications. Working closely with Service Desk colleagues, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you’ll support the resolution of queries within agreed service levels. You’ll also be responsible for completing routine system administration activities, supporting testing and continuous improvement initiatives, and extracting and analysing data to provide reporting and insights for stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll do
• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of MyWork, the Logile app and wider Store Products where required
• Provide second-line support for store and field colleagues, investigating and resolving product-related queries and issues
• Complete routine system activities, monitoring product performance and escalating issues where appropriate
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports, analysing and summarising data for stakeholders across the business
• Support testing activities for product enhancements, fixes and system changes
• Gather and review colleague feedback, identifying opportunities for product and process improvements
• Work collaboratively with Service Desk colleagues, Technology teams, operational stakeholders and third-party suppliers to support issue resolution and service delivery
• Maintain accurate knowledge of products, processes and operational policies relevant to the role
What you’ll bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
