Role Summary:
To work with the delivery teams and support the end-to-end project delivery, managing all project documentation in terms of timeliness, quality, and control, and identifying and resolving all deficiencies promptly. To collate and analyse relevant data and provide insights to support decision-making. To provide first level of assurance through sample checks across all workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track upcoming projects via PMO, review hand-in documentation from FM and consents teams, highlighting issues or required remedial actions.
- Collaborate with the construction team to identify and raise holding account orders, to amend and/or cancel orders as the project progresses.
- Confirm all construction contracts are completed and filed correctly for future reference.
- Oversee the hand-in/hand-out process between Construction and FM and ensure it is robust.
- Ensure all H&S documentation has been completed and filed correctly, including PD and MC appointments, Pre-Construction information and approval of construction phase plans, along with project handover documentation inc. O&M manuals upon project completion.
- Create and input information onto the master programme.
- Schedule and co-ordinate third-party suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.
- Attend and contribute to programme calls, to ensure accuracy of the programme.
- Collate and analyse relevant data and information to draw insights which will inform business decisions and drive efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Drive innovation and improvement through the identification and delivery of process and delivery changes.
- As part of a robust service assurance process, undertake sample checks to ensure adherence to processes and that compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including delivery teams, and wider Property teams, across all workstreams, to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders within and outside of construction to resolve project documentation issues aiding with maintaining project milestone timelines from inception to completion of a project.
- Represent the services in relevant forums as required
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

- Experience in balancing and managing multiple internal stakeholders and ability to prioritise workload and conflicting demands.
- Able to recommend and deliver process and system changes.
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and draw key insight from data.
- Able to communicate, engage at different level across the business, excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentations skills.
- Strong IT aptitude shown through use of Microsoft365 or other standard product
