Role Summary:
The role exists to provide comprehensive technical support services across all areas of Talent technologies including Oracle HCM Talent, Learn, Performance, Skills, Goals and Recruit. It focuses on the checking and testing of new releases, and the continued implementation and embedding of these platforms in order to provide a great technology-enabled colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Systems Programme Manager on delivering Talent technology initiatives, prioritising the work to ensure that it delivers maximum business results
- Manage the process from design, test and deploy of technology initiatives ensuring that the user is at the heart of all decisions being made
- Creation of test scripts and work flows to enable that all initiatives are rigorously tested before being released with excellent attention to detail
- Maintain and administer all interfaces and uploads within the system
- Maintain and produce system reports as required
- Administer the technology backlogs ensuring these are up to date
- Ensure all documentation in relation to technology initiatives are maintained and stored correctly
- Troubleshoot queries and manage support offer
- Act as the user experience champion of Talent technologies
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Advanced Oracle HCM skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to apply thinking to interpret data and take steps to explore results
- Ability to project manage and present this to stakeholders for approval
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once
- Awareness of GDPR principles and Data Ethics
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of data systems (Including Oracle)
